Florida termite (WDO) reports explained.

Florida termite inspections require a separate, state-issued form (FDACS-13645).

This document:

  • Must be completed as a standalone form

  • Exists outside standard home inspection reporting

  • Is regulated separately from inspection reports

👉 Inspectagram® does not generate this form

Instead, we:

  • Provide access to the official form within the platform

  • Keep your inspection data organized for easy reference while completing it

Additional required documents.

Depending on your market, you may be required to complete additional forms requested by:

  • Lenders

  • Insurance providers

  • State or local authorities

These documents may fall outside standard inspection reporting and must be completed independently.

Inspectagram® helps you stay organized by:

  • Centralizing your inspection data

  • Supporting required reports where permitted

  • Pointing you to the correct external documentation when needed

Standards & SOP alignment.

Inspectagram® is designed to support industry-recognized Standards of Practice, including InterNACHI® and ASHI®.

  • Report structures reflect common SOP frameworks

  • Inspectors can align reports to their preferred or required standard

  • Custom links to specific SOPs can be included within reports

Inspectors remain responsible for ensuring their reports meet the standards required in their jurisdiction.
